AIBN Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Africa International Business Network (AIBN). By applying for membership, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration.

2. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open to individuals and businesses interested in networking, investment, and business growth in Africa.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old to join.
  • AIBN reserves the right to approve or decline membership applications at its discretion.

3. Membership Fees

AIBN offers the following membership plans:

  • Bronze Membership (Entry Level) – Yearly due
  • Silver Membership (Growth Level) – Yearly due
  • Gold Membership (Executive Level) – Yearly due
  • Diamond Membership (Elite Level) – Yearly due

Important Notes:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable.
  • Renewal payments must be made annually to maintain an active status.
  • Upgrading to a higher tier is allowed at any time by paying the difference in membership fees.

4. Membership Benefits

As a registered member, you will have access to:

✔ Marketing and promotional opportunities
✔ Investment information & business mentorship
✔ Access to specialized training, seminars, and conferences

The benefits may be updated at AIBN’s discretion.

5. Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional and ethical community, members must:

  • Conduct business ethically and honestly.
  • Respect fellow members and engage in meaningful collaboration.
  • Avoid misconduct such as fraud, misrepresentation, or any action that may harm AIBN’s reputation.
  • Comply with local and international business regulations.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in membership suspension or termination.

6. Termination of Membership

AIBN reserves the right to revoke membership for:

  • Breach of these Terms and Conditions
  • Non-payment of annual fees
  • Misconduct, unethical behavior, or legal violations

Members may also voluntarily cancel their membership by submitting a written request.

7. Privacy Policy

  • AIBN respects your privacy and ensures that your personal data is kept secure.
  • Member information is used solely for internal networking, communication, and business opportunities.
  • We do not sell or share member data with third parties without consent.

8. Amendments & Updates
