He is also a member of the Institute of Business Management of Southern Africa.

Femi Adesina, PhD, ACA – Leadership Team

Femi is a seasoned economist, chartered accountant, and counselor with a wealth of experience in finance, business strategy, and leadership development. As a key figure in AIBN, he brings his expertise in corporate strategy, financial management, and mentorship, helping members navigate business growth, investment opportunities, and sustainable entrepreneurship. His passion for capacity building and economic empowerment aligns with AIBN’s mission to foster business excellence and impactful leadership.

Tunde Obokhai – Leadership Team

Tunde is a seasoned publisher, marketing strategist, and business consultant with extensive experience in the media and print industry. As the CEO of DCS Integrated Media and Editor-in-Chief of Printers Digest, he has played a pivotal role in advancing business growth, brand visibility, and industry networking across West Africa. His expertise in project management, marketing strategy, and business development strengthens AIBN’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs with the right tools, connections, and insights for success.

Bayo Ayo – Legal & Compliance

Bayo is a seasoned legal practitioner and corporate strategist with vast experience in intellectual property, corporate law, and business advisory. As a Partner at Peniel Consort Solicitors, he has played key roles in business acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance for both private and public sector organizations. His expertise ensures that AIBN operates within legal frameworks while providing members with strategic legal insights for business growth and sustainability.

Mrs. Benedicta Ovoke Sadare – Governance & Compliance Expert

Benedicta is a seasoned Chartered Secretary and Governance Practitioner with over 28 years of experience across multiple industries. As Managing Partner of S.E. Nomuoja & Co., Nigeria’s first Indigenous Chartered Secretarial firm, she upholds a legacy of excellence, transparency, and accountability. A Fellow of ICSAN and a Certified IFC Corporate Governance Trainer, she brings her expertise in business advisory, compliance, and leadership development to AIBN, helping members navigate corporate governance and sustainability strategies.

Daniel A. Osagie – Advisory Board

Daniel is a seasoned engineer, real estate expert, and pastor. He brings over 42 years of experience in structural development, mortgage partnerships, and leadership.
