Charter of Membership

Statutory Terms • Effective January 2025

01. Institutional Preamble

Welcome to the Africa International Business Network (AIBN). By submitting an application for membership, you formalize your agreement to adhere to the governance framework and operational protocols outlined herein. This document serves as a binding agreement between the member and AIBN Governance.

02. Registry Eligibility

  • Membership is reserved for individuals and corporate entities demonstrating a committed interest in the economic expansion and networking infrastructure of the African continent.
  • All individual applicants must have attained the legal age of majority (18 years).
  • AIBN Governance retains absolute discretion over registry approval, renewal, and classification.

03. Financial Obligations

Registry status is maintained through the settlement of annual dues across four designated tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

  • Non-Refundability: All membership levies and participation fees are strictly non-refundable upon processing.
  • Account Continuity: Annual dues must be settled within 30 days of the renewal date to prevent status suspension.
  • Tier Re-classification: Members may apply for an upgrade to a superior tier at any point by remitting the prorated fee differential.

04. Provision of Benefits

Active members are granted access to institutional assets including, but not limited to:
  • Strategic networking hubs and private summit invitations.
  • Proprietary market intelligence and mentorship pipelines.
  • Institutional brand positioning and global promotional support.

05. Professional Mandate

To preserve the integrity of the network, members are mandated to:
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in all cross-network transactions.
  • Safeguard the reputation of AIBN and its affiliated members.
  • Comply with both regional legal statutes and international trade regulations.
